Within minutes after calling her a tow truck showed up (which she had called in for me as I was a blubering mess). When I made it to her office to fill out a claim she first helped me get the mascara off that was running down me face and then walked me through my claims process. They did the work promptly and sent me the estimates. After completion, they had to do it again. I had good experience I was able to Get it approved to get a state refund for the windows. In addition, they promptly gave me a check for the amount they owed me. Dating back to the time they were installed. I was very happy with the service and understanding.
