Sheri I can’t say enough great things about Alex at State Farm! He was able to get my family more coverage on both our auto and renters insurance for less money—a win-win. I truly wish I had been connected with him sooner. Since relocating to Florida, I had been working with another agent who placed me with Progressive, and I ended up paying hundreds more over the course of the year for much less coverage. Alex took the time to understand our needs, explain our options clearly, and find the best solution for us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly works in the best interest of his clients. Kimberly Sowell I had and accident on May 1. First time filing a claim with this company and it was hell to say the least. After 2 months of a headache I get my car back. Now I found out yesterday, 3 weeks after paying my deductible there was another remaining balance with the collision shop. I’ve never heard of a “betterment”. Kesha Percy, this morning was informational and concerned about this blindside. She did more research and explaining than I’ve gotten from others with this company. I appreciate her due-diligence with helping me. She gets a 5 star from me but company in general doesn’t not. So please don’t be fooled. These stars are just for her. They need to hire more people like her with compassion and respect.

Bryan Wright Vicki was a lifesaver! We were referred to her by a friend because my husband was in need of insurance. She listened to his needs and offered plans accordingly. She thoroughly answered all of our questions. We found a great plan that was considerably cheaper than what we had paid for a previous plan. She even offered the names of doctors and specialists in this area, since we just moved here.

Terry Chad was so helpful at a time when we were in a pinch. We needed to add auto for a new car and we were about to have to pay on existing cars. Chad found a fantastic policy for the new car and got the old cars transferred to the same company, Progressive. Better coverage for the old cars and helped us save a lot of money! Chad is so friendly and personable. He really made us feel like we were special. We so appreciated all his help.

What really stood out was her patience. She never rushed me, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward.
