K V I stumbled across Connie when trying to find a new agency for my insurance. I started communicating with Connie to just get a competing quote, but ended up being blown away by the dedication and effort she placed on finding me the best policies for my home and auto. The level of detail and effort that she put in was truly amazing. She listens, provides recommendations and feedback, and never gives up until she finds what you are looking for. In the end, I ended up going with Roth and Roth Insurance for my policies. If you are looking for a new insurance broker, I would definitely give Connie a call. You will not be disappointed!!

Stefano Fernandez Lori was amazing—super helpful, efficient, and made the process smooth. If you’re looking for great service, I highly recommend working with her. However, Freeway Insurance itself can be frustrating—calls often get transferred to different offices, and reaching your local agent can be tricky. If you want to work specifically with Lori, make sure to ask for her directly, as the main line might try to sell you a policy themselves or disconnect the call. Despite that, Lori is fantastic, and I appreciate her help!

Valka Stormcutter They are always very nice and real people easy to communicate and I’ve always gotten what I needed done with my insurance and they were always very understandable. They’ll talk to you about other options, but it has never been that salesman approach, which I hate. Ricky was awesome!
