1 /5 Paityn Morrison: WARNING THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM THIS PLACE. Worked closely with every single person at this agency. I couldnt believe all the good reviews on google. From the moment I worked with them I got the best rate and was ecstatic. However, worked with Nihja Bradford scheduled an appointment for after hours to check my car, he never showed up and had to speak with a manager she was shocked he never showed up. When I went to sign my policy took them a month to submit it and they lapsed my insurance. With a higher rate then I ever had before now they were my cheapest option since I lapsed no one else wanted to cover me. When finally the gap was gone and all this was over and my last accident came off my record I was able to find new insurance. I was so happy to get WAY cheaper insurance with someone else. So a month in advanced I put in for them to cancel by next month on a specific date. 2 days after the cancelation and switch of insurance, Patrons STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. Shavon NEVER SUBMITTED MY CANCELATION. After them fixing this 3 WEEK LATER Joey said I would be able to have my check in 3 MORE WEEKS. Last week I called for Joey to follow up, and he said I am sorry the check never sent they never canceled and that NOW it is canceled AFTER 5 WEEKS and I should get my check.

5 /5 Pamela Tully: My boyfriend and I have been going to numerous insurance companies for the best rates for our vehicales. We have both been frustrated with the high rates we were quoted, than one day he was driving by Patrons Insurance and he stopped in for a quote. We were so happy with the quote(half of what we were quoted) I must say we cant be any happier. The agent ,Nihja Bradford was more than enough help and went far and beyond to get us the best rates!!! 1 /5 john bergstrom: Left my home uninsured six months, I was sold a policy I was told would save me money. I promptly did/paid for inspection, unaware I needed to provide an updated wind mitigation within the 90 day underwriting period (Im not an insurance agent) . The agent provided a wind mitigation inspection I already had. So I payed more out of pocket for a seperate 4 point and another wind mitigation inspection 6 months later. Unfortunately, it was not within 90 day underwriting period. I personally traveled to Patrons with my new wind mitigation, and was under the impression I was insured. Frontline cancelled my policy anyway. Somehow, neither Patrons nor Frontline notified me. I found out 5 months later from my Bank. A series of unfortunate events. This mistake has cost me some dollars this year. Im not sure if I can do business here anymore. Ultimately, I know that Im responsible for my insurance, which is why I pay a TON of money to an insurance agent to make sure it is correct.

5 /5 Tanisha Wooten: I was stressed searching the web for inexpensive, yet dependable car insurance agencies. I ran across Patrons and called to get a quote. The agent (Nihja) was very knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and provided me with a very reasonable down payment and policy! I am so happy to have ran across this company and I look forward to not only recommending them to family and friends, but to doing business with them myself. Thank you again Nihja, you are awesome!!

1 /5 sheila: Our broker was Timothy McGuire, our company expanded and we had to get workmans comp insurance for the first time. We wrote up our policy in May 2016 for our company and my husband and myself was listed as exempt (as we are not going to sue ourselves).In September we got a email from our insurance company and our policy amount had nearly doubled in price! So i contacted Timothy to ask why and he sent us a link to obtain exemption certificates online to the state and the insurance amount would be credited. So we did that. The amount was adjusted but we still had to pay for 4 months of cover we did not need costing us $907. We contacted our insurance company directly and was told our broker (Timothy) should have had us file exemption certificates when we signed our policy in May and they contacted Timothy in July requesting him to obtain the certificates (Timothy did not contact us at all). We contacted Timothy who tried to tell us he told my husband and myself to file the exemption forms in May in our initial meeting! He absolutely did not and we just have to pay the extra premium of $907 which i presume he earns commission on. Timothy apparently is the owner of this branch he is unprofessional, unhelpful and incompetent. He was not concerned or even sorry that his blunders and errors had cost us extra money. Would not recommend at all.
