I went into Estrella location and not only did I get an amazing policy but I was shocked by low price. I was ably to pay insurance down payment and make advanced monthly payment of the policy. Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.
