javier Bonilla I had the pleasure of being waited on by Victor who was very knowledgeable and courteous taking his time to thoroughly explain the details of coverages while sharing his point of view on which policy coverages would better suit my needs. It was exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for in an agency that looks out for the best interest of their client. I was able to save about $600 and get additional coverage which I did not have. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

Seth Heggart They refuse to provide you with an SR-22 if you relocate. I live in Colorado. In Colorado, if you want to get a new drivers license, an SR-22 is required. .... but Bristol policy is that they do not provide it for anybody relocating. They also comped only 400 for a hit and run and covered just three days with a rental. It wasnt until after I got the policy that I was told its a "high risk" agency which apparently sets a different standard for interdepartmental rules and regulations. Had I known that, I wouldve stayed with Root. Root is a phenomenal agency but I thought Bristol had a lower rate. After I signed the initial policy, I was called the following week and was told they needed to add something else on which then jacked up my payments by 80 dollars, rendering them more expensive than Root at that point. There wasnt any point in me switching and I regret this. Ive held a policy with them for just over one year so there has been some time and grace on both sides.

After listening to her speak to me about the different plans and answering my questions I chose the right plan for my needs. She will be my go to person when I have Medicare concerns. hch49 None better. Angie Lewis State Farm has outstanding employees. Knowledgeable, friendly and competent. The space is warm and doing business there is like a small town, local, friendly place. Tim & Cameron helped me recently and both were friendly and genuinely cared about me & my policies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Tiffany Moore Mrs. Gloria was very thorough of her explanations of my insurance options. She made me feel very comfortable with no high pressure sales tactics. I learned more about insurance from her than any other agent that has tried to get me to work with them. She was so great that I went ahead and finally secured the coverage I needed with her being my agent. I wish I would have known sooner how easy it is to have security and peace of mind for my family.

Rob V If we could give a 10 we would. We’ve been with State Farm for a couple decades starting in Indiana both house and auto. Moved to Fl in 2015 staying with State Farm and never having a claim, then my wife was a pedestrian and struck by a vehicle in Lynn Haven, not familiar with a No Fault state and the process, Kirsten led us through the process explaining things and sending forms as needed, things went flawless. Then 2 yrs later there was question about our homeowners insurance during an update to our policy. Once again Kirsten led us through the process sending photos, forms etc for us She continually checked on the status and kept us updated on our policy even though she didn’t have to. State Farm isn’t the cheapest insurance and I’m sure we could find cheaper but to find that level of customer service and caring would be highly doubtful. It’s people like her that keep us coming back and wanting to continue business there.
