1 /5 B P: The Brightway office located at 1500 Alafaya Trail is closed, having been bought out by an agency in Rockledge, Fla in early 2025. You can no longer speak to an agent face-to-face if you have a problem with your policies. Customer service via phone is sub-par at best.
