1 /5 Mrs.Morales: Since before the 4th of July, I have been attempting to receive a quote from Maria Rexach at Brightway DeJorge Agency in Kissimmee. I explained to her the need to receive a quote right away due to my insurance/mortgage going up. I provided her with the 4 point inspection report, the Wind Mitigation report and still went several days with no answer. I received multiple back and forth emails with nothing but excuses as to why she was unable to help me at the moment. I called for a follow up several times and was always told she was busy with people in the office (For several days) or that the insurance sites were slow. I was promised several call backs that never happened. I finally said enough is enough and emailed her on 7/11 advising I would no longer need her service.(Not that I received any from her) I received no response nor an apology for the inconvenience. I proceeded to contact Brightway Insurance In Davenport The Hill Agency. I see that they have much better reviews than DeJorge Agency. Needless to say, I received MUCH better service from the Davenport office and as of 11am this morning 7/12, have already signed my new insurance application. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE KISSIMMEE OFFICE!!!
