She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue with my escrow payment check being cashed but not posted to my policy and was able to ensure that the payment was properly processed, posted and that my declaration page was transmitted to my mortgage holder before there was a lapse in the policy. Fantastic service!!

5 /5 Brett Bouchard: Sam Rogers is an extremely dedicated relationship manager/insurance agent who worked tirelessly helping me get the best coverage for my homeowners insurance. Sam spent countless hours going over an insurance inspection report since I strongly disputed the dwelling coverage. Sam was professional and courteous throughout our frequent discussions. She called frequently to keep me apprised of her efforts, contrary to my previous relationship manager who only corresponded via email. The Insurance Agency should reward Sam Rogers for her extraordinary efforts and outstanding customer service. She should be viewed as a role model and prime example for other relationship managers within the Agency!

5 /5 Morris Lloyd: I have had Frontline homeowners insurance for a number of years now and I couldnt be more pleased with this company. I recently had a question concerning my premium and I talked with a lady whos name is SAM (yes Sam), she was knowledgeable and empathetic. While she did not have an immediate answer to my question, she researched the issue and called me back within a few minutes. Issue solved. Thanks Sam
