1 /5 Liz A: If I could give no stars to this establishment, I would. Service was absolutely terrible and this was coming from the OWNER, Steve Dehlinger. Not only was he rude, he cut me off when I tried to explain my situation, called me a demeaning name, swore at me and hung up on me FOUR times. While he was able to provide me with the information that I requested, I had to endure his unacceptable attitude. When I tried to thank him for getting me the information, he hung up on me yet again. Think twice before you deal with this agency. I will be filing a formal complaint.
