Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Wynn Newingham Robin with the Ormond Agency is AMAZING! If you call, he answers. If you have a question, hell help you. If you have a high rate, hes going to find a better policy to help you lower it (or at least tell you that you have something good)! I first started working with Robin last year when we ended up in a bind with our home insurance company leaving the state. Robin was swift to find us a policy and made sure we had the right coverage (which we did not prior). A year later, Im still a happy customer - and now have moved on to car insurance.
