Sara Schulz BEWARE!!! Please do your due diligence before having anything to do with this "company". Public records will show you all you need to know about the female that "runs" this homemade agency. When you begin your search of her name you will see why I use that term. Feel free to look at what has transpired in the other states and agencies that she worked for and of course, one of the most important aspects when choosing someone that you need to be professional and hold a standard of excellence....the local courthouse public records (for Indian River County) when inputing her name and what transpired when she was asked information under oath. She has absolutely no integrity whatsoever and I owe it to anyone looking her up as a potential person to trust with any financial aspect of insurance or other investment of time or money to BEWARE!!!

Terri Sudden Alisa provided AMAZING customer service. She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue with my escrow payment check being cashed but not posted to my policy and was able to ensure that the payment was properly processed, posted and that my declaration page was transmitted to my mortgage holder before there was a lapse in the policy. Fantastic service!!

John Kemberling I really enjoy working with this agency. What stands out most is their customer service. Yesterday I had what borders on an emergency, and they graciously accepted 10+ phone calls from me. If the agents were busy with other clients, they at minimum found a way to correspond briefly in the background which means a ton in the real world. They are good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. For what its worth, I used to sell insurance and these guys kick ass. Highly recommend
