Kimberly Sowell I had and accident on May 1. First time filing a claim with this company and it was hell to say the least. After 2 months of a headache I get my car back. Now I found out yesterday, 3 weeks after paying my deductible there was another remaining balance with the collision shop. I’ve never heard of a “betterment”. Kesha Percy, this morning was informational and concerned about this blindside. She did more research and explaining than I’ve gotten from others with this company. I appreciate her due-diligence with helping me. She gets a 5 star from me but company in general doesn’t not. So please don’t be fooled. These stars are just for her. They need to hire more people like her with compassion and respect.

She went above and beyond—helping my mom at the very last minute before her policy was about to renew. Not only was she kind and patient, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure my we felt comfortable and understood every part of the process. She stayed late after hours just to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so thorough, compassionate, and committed to their clients. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows their stuff, I highly recommend working with Yanni. She turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience!

She spotted that my policy with Citizens was not paid yesterday and immediately contacted me to inquire status. Mailed info from Citizens was never received by me. Also, ignore bad rating, it’s from a kid who rated McDonald’s for goodness sakes! Btw this is my daughters google account. This is a legitimate rating.
