They always have the best attitude about helping me and they do everything quickly and efficiently. I process mortgage loans for a living and deal with HUNDREDS of insurance agents all across the US. If I could refer every member I have to Coggins Insurance, I would.

1 /5 Mike stacy Phillips: They upload our documents for insurance to wrong lender web site. They didnt fallow up with the lender to insure received the declaration page. So the lender didnt know who to pay and it looked we didnt have a current policy home. The policy came past due and the agent didnt contact us. We had to contact our leader to find out what was going on. We had to do the fallow up and uploading of documentation ourselves. We had to do their job for them. Wouldnt not recommend due lack of professionalism and of fallow through. This was not our first issue with this agency.

1 /5 American Clean Fuel: I tried to add my wife on to my driving plan, Gina told me my policy would be canceled. I tried to have this place write up a policy for a fruit stand, they told me they could not insure my fruit stand. I found someone local to insure my farm fruit stand no issues. I told Coggins to cancel every policy I have with them, 8 months later I’m still getting money taken from my bank account.
