He did very diligently explain everything to me. He informed me that if theres any concerns or changes that I would like to do to my policy to just give him a call. Or the company a call. We are a young couple that just moved, and he made the process extremely easy. He had a very positive attitude and provided helpful reassurance with a lot of great information. I was really in a pressing situation with funds and single.parent with 4 kiddos and school is about to start I have no extra funding just laying around to spend But Scott went above and beyond to make sure to provide me with the most affordable insurance for me and I am truly grateful to Scott.
