They are extremely every single time I have called. and to sound cliche they definitely take care of the customers because every time I have forgotten a payment or slipped behind they have made sure to go out of their way to contact me in each of the three ways to make sure my policy does not cancel. The value of customer service seems to be lost these days amongst most companies. They provide quick service while making sure you get the most for your money. 1 /5 Judith S: Avoid. Bobby Erwin does not care. End of story for your insurance being done correctly or accurately. We got better and cheaper, by half, homeowners insurance via State Farm. Completely screwed up my flood insurance with mistakes throughout -- we spent hours correcting all the wrong information on applications by Gwen so read very carefully since those errors can void your coverage. I spent a lot of money and time over two years fixing the flood insurance, got a LOMA to correct the whole thing directly; Erwin doesnt even apologize much less cleaning up his mess. Unprofessional doesnt begin to cover it.
