1 /5 A B: The worst customer service ever! The communication from the company to the customer is very poor. They’re quick to take your money, then cancel your policy. They say the emailed documents but I have never received any. Don’t even bother with this company. You can’t even bypass and talk to an actual rep about your policy with the way the automated system is set up.

1 /5 Cindy Gutierrez: Policy went up $129 with no warning. They claimed they emailed me a month prior however I never received that nor did I sign an agreement to continue. I was working with Diana on this and when I switched policies she let me know I would be getting refunded a prorated amount back that I overpaid. However the opposite happened and I was charged an additional $176 this month. They let me know it’s because my account is back one month - however the rep did not let me know about this. When I first signed up I paid the first month the same day - now that I am talking to customer service about this they are saying that’s the “down payment” of the policy and the first month was charged the following one. I asked for a refund spoke to three reps over the phone each telling me a different thing. One rep told me I was paying $176 for a day of coverage before I was transferred to someone else. Management hasn’t been helpful in this and it goes to show the customer service side is seriously lacking. Between the new policy and this one I’ve paid $855 in one month for car insurance. A joke

1 /5 Peter Camacho: Do not know what to respond when I was quoted almost double that I was paying Geico. wow! Clean record not DUIs, accidents. From $402 per month with Geico to $541 per month? Really? So Even though Geico raised the rates from $302 to $402 per month, seems that Geico the most competitive so far

2 /5 Ericka G.: Good luck trying to reach a customer service agent regarding your policy. Quotes you get immediate customer service. Also they take advantage of the young adults who get policies. How does one have full cover Insurance yet it doesnt cover your car?
