1 /5 T S: Was a customer over 10yrs. My premiums keep going up every year for the absolute bare minimum required insurance for state of Florida and I havent had any accidents or tickets in over 15yrs. . Finally got around to finding a cheaper insurance and am told by April that if I cancel Ill be charged a penalty and if I let the policy lapse Ill owe for two weeks of coverage. Would have been nice of her to tell me BEFORE putting me on this insurance that this was the case when and if I ever want to cancel. Total rip offs, FYI State Farm charges almost $40 less a month for same coverage

Allstate Insurance contacted me yesterday assuring me that they could give me better rates on my commercial vehicle insurance policy. I forwarded them the declarations page that you sent me, and I received the reply from the agent this morning... The offer they gave me for apples to apples coverage was $1,400 more per year. Like I said this email is intended solely as a thank you, youre the hardest working insurance agent Ive ever had and you have found me what appears to be the the lowest rates possible. We live about 45 minutes away, and we chose to go see her instead of calling. She is great, I would recommend her and Mr. Auto to anyone!
