Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

Vermost and Progressive have done the unthinkable, they really stepped up and did what was right. John OBrien at Vermost Insurance helped run a unique situation up the proverbial flag pole. Both John and Progressive listened and ultimately helped us out of a difficult situation. If i could give 10 stars, i would. Thank you all very much for your help. Number one Agency and Number one Insurance company.

Mary Glynn The Thompson Insurance Agency is the best. Brian Thompson was responsive and knowledgeable. After Ian, the filing of claims was very complicated. Just now in 2025, Brian’s looked over my insurance for the condo. He found., I had a check for &2,000, that I over looked. Job well done. I would recommend them to anyone.
