I purchased my first home in Florida in 2024 and had trouble navigating the insurance landscape due to, what I felt, was an inability to obtain appropriate information from those I had spoken to prior. Up until I was recommended Adam, nobody had taken the time to explain what I needed in a way that properly looked out for my timeline and home and made me feel comfortable that I was making the most efficient decision. He gets back to you right away and guided me thru the process on both my auto and homeowners. I had a couple bad experiences with other agencies not returning calls and taking forever with quotes. Brightway is the opposite of that!
