1 /5 Im Mar10: Friendly fast and efficient! EDITED 3 yrs later and Ive left them. Every year my insurance would go up and every year they said it was because more people have moved here and traffic is worse. I get tired of the yearly increases and check around. Sure enough I started checking around other Insurance companies and got more insurance than I had with Lott for $120 LESS a MONTH !!!!!!

1 /5 Stephen: I liked Lott, not anymore. No communication. They take out an automatic payment in the dark of night where I thought I owned 5 cars instead of one. Instead of helping me get a better rate, Or talked through my dilemma, these nice people forgot what charm school they went to. They bashed my driving record and said nobody was interested in giving me car insurance. Sorry, one accident in twenty years, when a tractor tried to kill me May 1st. I guess they need to recoup, before I even recover. The game of blaming the carrier is week. If thats the case close down and have everyone go straight to the carrier. Ill be dealing direct and not using Lott ever again. End result, USAA 60 percent less.
