Very polite, informative, really rapid response, and put me at ease in no time ;-) I have been with St Farm since I got my license over fifty years ago and their people continue to impress. I have home/auto/umbrella with them. If you are looking for coverage they probably will make you pleased as well. Ask for 5-star Jenny :-)

1 /5 Rubi Rubio: Pls for the love of God DO NOT work with a man named Wesley. I went online to get a quote and wesley got my informationa from there and called me a couple times ((WITH THIS STATE FARM OFFICE number)) until i was finally able to get back to him, which i wouldnt normally mind but my experience with that man was just terrible. I explained to him my situation and my Financials which is why I only wanted to get ONE car insured. He kept trying to insist I get all the other cars in my home under my policy which wouldve been way more money. I was trying to get insurance for one car only which was going to be a temporary thing as Im going to gift the car to my sister later on (i explained all this to him). Even after all that he insisted I get all the cars under policy and went on and on about how THEY have the best prices and deals.after insisting that no i dont want to insure the other cars only ONE, He then told me to call him back after I call around other places and find that their deals arent as great as theirs. That same day I was able to find someone great with state farm that knew what I was looking for and she got me set up with what I NEEDED no issue!! My experience with her was great!! After that Mr. Wesley kept calling and calling me not getting the hint that I didnt need his services. Today I texted him very nicely that I had founds some one that was able to help my needs and I thanked him anyway, he then sent a disgusting text message that was so uncalled for. Ive never had such a bad experience like this one. Mr. Wesley was just being a sales person trying to sale me stuff I DID NOT NEED. Our conversation did not feel genuine it felt like I had to keep saying no to him but he wouldnt accept my answers. Anyway I dont know about the other agents in this office but Mr. Wesley was very unprofessional and I hope no one has to experience what I did. If the owner would like to know more I have all the screenshot of what Mr. Wesley said to me and the phone calls he kept making even after he was the one who told me to keep looking around for a better deal.
