Joe and his whole entire team is the place you would call home, they will have you secured by all means necessary providing exceptional customer service and support.They truly understand what it means to break bread, and to be an advocate for those that cant speak for themselves. They show sympathy,empathy and know how to treat a human being with the utmost respect. Meaning they understand the everyday situations of just trying to live and being able to pay your bills in this state of the economy. Joe went over and beyond to find insurance and allow me to keep my drivers license from being suspended. Thanks to Joe I have active insurance and I am a full legit law abiding citizen able to drive.

Austin Bennett Canceled our auto Insurance apparently over a $45 "fee" unrelated to the insurance policy (which was set up on auto pay.) No notice was given to us, but we were reported to the State. I would highly recommend, not using their services.

When we closed we had a different insurance agency that we went with. 2 months after closing that agency sent us a letter stating would no longer insure us because we were too far from the fire department. We went to Farm Bureau and Steve worked with us to get us home owners insurance very quickly. Steve did a fantastic job. We will definitely keep our business there.
