Linda and Peter Dytrych We switched over to Allstate as our premiums had been skyrocketing with our former insurance company. We are not people that want the cheapest insurance nor the cheapest coverages, for sure. We are just looking for fair pricing and an insurance company that will have our best interests and needs. Honestly, we have just purchased an insurance policy for 2 cars, our condo, and umbrella coverage. We sat down with Melissa Whiting and she is wonderful to work with; integrity, fairness, and honesty. Offered us coffee or water, even. Truly a breath of fresh air for the insurance industry. We are just new clients so we cannot comment on how the company will handle any claims. We love the location here in St. Augustine at Nix Boat Yard Road. Beautiful office; all renovated! We are saving about $1,600; we did reduce our umbrella coverage, yet still a very nice lower premium. Allstate offers 6 months only for auto insurance; for condo and umbrella, a full 12 month policy.

Christopher Snyder Im extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After filing a claim, I felt like we were lowballed and shortchanged. The process was slow, and the settlement didnt cover nearly enough of our losses. It feels like they prioritized profits over people. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Frontline Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with. They found every way possible to minimize our payout. The adjuster seemed more interested in finding loopholes than honoring their customers policy. Thousands of dollars in losses, and were still waiting for a fair resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive, and its clear theyre more focused on their bottom line than their customers needs. Avoid them at all costs. They never paid us because we didnt come to an agreement now that the time ran out they dont want to pay us nothing. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM FRONT LINE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Frontline Insurance ripped my family off thousands of dollars after we filed a legitimate claim. Their adjusters seemed more like investigators trying to find reasons to deny coverage rather than helping us through a tough time. The communication was poor, the process was slow, and the final settlement was insultingly low. Its clear theyre prioritizing profits over people. Weve had to fight tooth and nail for every penny, and its been incredibly stressful. Id advise anyone considering Frontline Insurance to think twice – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers.
