They are professional and courteous and their rates beat any other carrier online and in office. I will say every year my rates increase significantly and maybe they are not as competitive as they use to be. Perhaps this is the case with all insurance companies now.

5 /5 Melissa Hall: Grant answered the business phone promptly the day before the hurricane Nicole was to hit. Polite and professional answered all my questions about his location and business hours. Gave me a quote on auto insurance in a matter of about 10 minutes and offered to do the insurance docs via email to start my coverage immediately. I said I wanted to do this in person since I had some bad experience with online business practices as a whole these past two years post Pandemic. I was given the address to the business and accurate hours of operation, no appointment needed I showed up and hour later was met by a professional young man who was knowledgeable and proficient explaining the insurance its coverage and limitations a d legal standard for the state of FL. Asked for my three items he needed to proceed in processing me for a new policy. Everything he quoted was accurate and within 25 minutes I was informed of all the aspects of my policy and signed the contract agreement paid my fee and had my declaration page and proof of Insurance In hand. Exemplary customer service and happy to do this in person although they also offer online and auto pay services as well as other technologies should you want or prefer them.
