But yesterday, she went above and beyond to help my 18 year old grandson get his first insurance policy as an adult.. and she took the time to research, and get the lowest rate for him.. wish there were more stars to give for this. I highly recommend Jennifer, and the Dubose Group! They absolutely #coveryourassets

5 /5 Matthew Traum: Jennifer and her team are incredible, and it’s business owners like the DuBose team that make Gainesville such a delightful place to live. The first time I met Jennifer, it was 4:55pm on a Friday, and I needed to put a homeowners policy in place by close of business. I was frantic! In a college town in mid-summer, every other insurance agency closed early, but Jennifer invited me in and sat with me for an hour calmly walking through the steps to set up my policy. When our major national insurer withdrew from Florida, Jennifer worked with me to find a local insurance company to take over the policy keeping my home protected with no coverage discontinuity. I cannot say enough good things about DuBose Insurance Group. Truly the most professional, kindest, and most emphatic insurance agency I’ve worked with. Plus, Jennifer keeps the office stocked with baked goods and treats, and she will always invite clients to partake. Normally, getting insurance is a stressful affair, but working with Jennifer is a stress-free joy.

1 /5 Maddison Telle: I was with Jennifer while she was with Farmers and we had some communication issues, but everything was ultimately resolved. She then went independent and has since ignored numerous emails and phone calls. She provided me with a quote for Slide which I told her no to and requested quotes to others. After two weeks of being ignored, I switched insurance companies completely. When I sent my new insurance information to my mortgage lender, I discovered that Jennifer had signed me up for Slide and my escrow had already paid Slide. I never agreed to Slide, never received any notifications that I had a new policy with them, and she had them take my money without permission. After discovering this, I again attempted to call her which she obviously ignored. I called her partner (who only does commercial buildings) and he texted Jennifer my information requesting a call back. Lo and behold, still radio silence from Jennifer. I would NEVER recommend this insurance company to anybody.
