Jim Louque I recently reviewed an email copy of my auto insurance policy that is scheduled for renewal later this month. Everything was clearly presented and easy to understand. There was one major change. My granddaughter needed to be removed from the policy. I sent a return message to take her off. I received a quick response with the information needed to remove her. After I provided the information I quickly received the revised policy details. The whole process from review to finalization went very well, easier and faster than I expected.
