Laurie DelVecchio Be aware GEICO doesnt train their employees to do the right thing and fix problems when they screw up and admit it. We purchased a car back in Nov 2021, and asked to have all coverage from one car to be put on the NEW CAR. Well today when I went to use said insurance (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) I didnt have it. It was one of the things I was emphatic about having. We have had it on all our cars before. They admitted they have seen it on the other cars. But sorry we didnt put it on this car. "Nothing we can do" said the person from GEICO. Thanks for NOTHING, GEICO!
