5 /5 Stephen Joseph Kantor: Angie Hearl at Doug Croley, Gets my five star rating. Angie has been my go to person for all my insurance needs for the past eight years now. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and responsive to Questions I might have. Whenever I’ve called their office after hours, I always get a call back in record time from Angie, or At least someone from the Doug Crowley office to let me know they’re working on whatever I might need at that time. Now I don’t know how she does it, but I’ve compared side-by-side policies with other insurance carriers, and Angie has always come through for me, saving me thousands of dollars over the past eight years. Full exclosure, fortunately for me I haven’t had to make a claim, so I can’t speak about my experience there, but as far as finding an Insurance agent that is knowledgeable, hard-working, and there for you when you need them. I’m confident you won’t be sorry you called them.

1 /5 C H: I contatcted them regarding filing claim regarding Incident with one of their insured regarding my vehicle. I was advised unable to speak with the insurance carrier they handle the claim processing directly. I provided my contact information and never received a call. I called back several times (3 weeks) speaking with different people there but never received a call back. Im very disappointed with the service after seeing excellent rating online regarding their company but I realize now people write anything online to make companies look good. I finally had spoken with nice young lady and express everything I been through just to get this claim processed and my vehicle fixed. She listened kindly and promise me she will call me back to resolve this issue.

1 /5 samoree stringer: Called on Tuesday February 18,2025 spoke with a female agent gave her all my information was told I will receive a call the following day with a quote today is now Friday February 21,2025 still haven’t heard back from her I called them up to see what was going on and was told they couldn’t find my information at all and the new agent isn’t allowed to assist me with a new claim until I find out who I spoke with. Horrible service never do business with them at all

5 /5 Iota Omicron: I walked in because I needed an insurance policy and I ended up leaving because they didnt have the carrier I wanted to have (my bad for not calling and asking beforehand). However, I really liked my short experience here. The staff were kind and professional and I would have likely done business with them had they carried the insurance brand I wanted. They provided good deals; I just didnt want to go with the particular carrier.
