5 /5 lexi campbell: Jay smith helped me out so much! He is a wonderful agent and does a fantastic job! He was very understanding and polite! Every question that I asked, he answered very politely. He was very attentive and made sure that I understood the policy. He was absolutely amazing! If I could give him more then 5 stars, I would!! As for Shenita Walker, who previously "helped" me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I was asking her questions she chuckled and changed her tone as if she was annoyed with me, I didnt appreciate the way she spoke to me and made me feel embarrassed. The lack of professionalism on her part was completely unnecessary. Then, after we were finished I told her "Thankyou, have a great rest of your day" she did not respond back and disconnected the call. Completely inappropriate.
