John Woolard I recently got fed up with my current home insurance agent and decided to give her a shot. After speaking to her I moved my business, home, auto, and motorcycle insurance to her. I saved over $700 a year by switching to her as my agent and I did not even have to change the insurance companies I was already using!!! I also have more coverage on my auto then I did before and it was still cheaper. She did not try to sell me on more insurance then I needed like some of my other agents had. She also took the time to answer all of my questions in detail so I could understand what exactly I was getting. Definitely worth the time to speak to her.

George Zimmer I began to shop for homeowners insurance with no idea of where to go. Somewhere in the process I had a conversation with Josalene who was friendly and responded quickly. Once I gathered my information I was then put in touch with Ashley who was a total pleasure to work with. She was also very friendly, super responsive and knowledgeable. I soon dropped all the other agents to work exclusively with Ashley because I trusted that she would represent my interests and she did. South Shore, in my experience, is the kind of agency that earns your business with prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Ashley is the best. I might add, there are no voice mail prompts no referrals to websites and forms. They answer the phone on the first two rings and get to work. Love it.

TruckNTim80 The people/staff at this location are awesome! They even send you a birthday card. State Farm may not always be the cheapest but the customer service more then makes up for it. 5 stars.... recommended!!

Mike Evans Jessica was amazing she helped me figure out that I was paying for two different policies on the same vehicle for over a year and was able to get that policy canceled and get me a refund for that policy over 1,000 bucks. she also was able to save me over 100 bucks a month on my current insurance.
