3 /5 Jorge Valdes: I’ve reach out in 3 different times (on an 2 year span) to get my auto insurance with Compare A Quote. The first one was a great experience, but the other two I was just hanged there with the promise of a call back ,quotes, with paperwork about to be signed and also with a bunch of rejected calls from them (if you tried with a different number they will pick up). This is my reason to change the rate I gave to my first experience

It was really a great experience and I feel like I am most valued as a customer. The most patient, understanding insurance company I’ve ever worked with. I can’t say I’ve ever really understood much about car insurance, but the agent took the time to explain everything to me – in terms I could understand, too!
