From the initial phone contact with Amanda to the finalization of your policy by Dina, followed by the subsequent addition of your golf cart by Julianna and the successful transfer of your sons coverage by Angela, the interactions have consistently demonstrated respect and genuine care. This level of service is uncommon, yet undeniably present. While we have not previously submitted a review, their exceptional performance warrants this acknowledgment.

Only one person responded and that was Angie Woodruff from State Farm. I was given answers to all my questions and concerns. Angie was very knowledgeable and personable. She always returned my call while I was making the transition and explained the policy to my satisfaction. Experience makes me cautious in situations like this, but Angie made me feel very comfortable about leaving a company Ive been with 48 years.
