Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. They are kind and informative through every step of the process. If I ever close on another property, its a no-brainer; I know that they have my back and they are professional. My situation was fairly complicated and they handled it with ease and lifted the burden. Although Ive never met them in person, they have my utmost respect because they clearly know their business and how to address details up front to avoid problems later. Wonderful people. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Brittaney Roth Shawn is quick, very responsive, and no nonsense. We went from a huge recommended insurance agent in the area that was all automated and hard to speak with a person. With Shawn, we had direct contact via email, text, and phone call and had a quote within a few hours. Not only did we have a quote, Shawn took the time to explain our quote and what would be best for us. We wanted a quote on our homeowners as well and Shawn had the honesty and integrity to tell us our current home insurance policy was the best for now and to revisit with him at renewal time. Finding Shawn was a blessing and we highly recommend him.
