The homeowner’s insurance market in Florida is notoriously volatile and I have been grateful for the great service and advice that Niki Jones’s office has provided me. When a private insurer offered to take me on as a customer, I switched to them. The Niki Jones team was invaluable in guiding me through this process. They patiently answered all my questions and explained my options. They made the process easy. While reviewing the policy proposal from my new homeowner’s insurer, Carolina Ruggiero reviewed the proposal and found several ways for me to save money on the new plan. She went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate it.
