And no one at we insure informed me my Siri insurance had an insane and let me drive around for months without auto insurance - also put me into the worst homeowners policy so when something happened I wasn’t covered - but the bottom Line is no one gets back to medically the owner and they just leave you hanging - disgusting and unprofessional - Schumacher should be embarrassed to be associated Roth this unprofessional group.

1 /5 Susan Fratangelo: We insure in Delray Beach was good until they went bad, very bad. No service. No response. I had been paying by monthly auto pay. Even after I canceled the policy they were still withdrawing money from my account. Now I am spending time disputing the money they took out of my account. If I hadn’t put a stop they would still be taking money out of account. Go anywhere else but here.

I have made several follow up calls to them, and despite each time being told it would be expedited to a manager, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I have also never received a call back either. It is disheartening that they would allow unethical practices there. So, please read my letter and please be very careful when dealing with them. January 24, 2025 To: Jason Balchunas We Insure / 2 Jays Insurance Group Citizens Property Insurance Corporation This letter is regarding the unauthorized withdrawal from my Bank of America Visa Credit Card ending in XXXX on 1/18/2025. Without my consent, you charged my credit card ending in XXXX $8,129.00 for our 2025 insurance payment in full. You also added a 2.5% service fee that amounted to $191.03. Since I did not approve this charge, you did not have the authorization to charge me $191.03 for a service fee. We are requesting that the $191.03 be paid in full back to my credit card ending in XXXX. Moving forward, We Insure / 2 Jays Insurance Group / Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, and any affiliates including yourself, Jason Balchunas, no longer have authorization to take any debits from my card ending in XXXX. Any future payment must be contingent on a new written authorization from myself or (my husband). As a reminder, Power Financial Credit Union has an escrow account on our behalf that takes out money each month so that your corporation is paid in full by them each year. This is documented in our paperwork. Upon speaking with Power Financial, it was verbalized that your corporation is aware of this. The unauthorized withdrawal from my credit card ending in XXXX, should never have occurred. As mentioned above, we would appreciate the amount of $191.03 be reimbursed back to my credit card as soon as possible. 1 /5 Joanna Hackley Davis: When my home flooded, I contacted the telephone number on my insurance policy with We Insure. I was given absolutely incorrect information multiple times and finally had to find the correct information on my own. Whenever I called the office, I was consistently given different information, depending on who I spoke to. My agent of record is someone named Michael Albert. At no time in my contact with We Insure was I told to call my agent of record. I was just given wrong information over and over again. Michael contacted me for an unrelated matter, and I expressed my dissatisfaction. Rather than doing anything to support a solution, he simply lectured me for not calling him directly. The customer service has been absolutely horrid. I do not recommend them at all for any reason, and especially do not recommend Michael Albert as an agent of record. I have written proof that I had requested an increase of $1000 to my contents coverage and they had not taken care of it prior to the flood, so I received $1K less due to their lack of diligence. I have written proof that I supplied them all the documentation to update when my roof was replaced and they still haven’t fixed it on my policy. After I changed my policy to another company, I got an email from Michael asking me why. I replied with a screenshot of his final text messages to me. His response, “OOHHHH that’s right, and I am sorry – totally forgot!” Apparently, forgetting is his superpower.
