Juan Hernandez Ive been a customer of Jimenez and Company for over 20 years. They provide great customer service and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Elidea, always goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this insurance company for all your insurance needs. Definitely a 5 STAR group.

Fernando Ferral I had the pleasure of working with Corri Schofield, and anything I say might be an understatement. I have compared prices with other agencies and I can recommend this agency in that matter, but my experience was not about pricing, my experience with this agent was with an internal problem with my mortgage company and mistakes and misinformation made by that company. Thankfully Corri was able to assist me and guide me through the process with the mortgage company and get the right people on the phone and work on the problem. We spent 2 hours one the phone, and after all that, the least I could do is recognize her patients and professionalism.

His calmness also helped me stay at ease as I had a little bump in the road during the process, due to previous issues with homeowners insurances/claims. He got me through it though! He was the last agency I reached out to, yet the quickest and most responsive and was somehow capable of keeping up with my impatient self. Hoping hell take me on for Auto Insurance come February!

Jill Bischoff I have been a Progressive customer for a few years. The Walter Agency staff, especially Ken Smith, who has been terrific to work with. Ken can help with all your questions. He answers email and phone calls promptly, and is always cheerful and professional. Progressive has been great as well, offering "credits" during COVID-19. Progressives website is great and can handle most routine issues. When the web-site doesnt work for me, Ken does! **11/24 update. Ken is no longer employed by the Walter Agency, and I tend to hold a grudge when people are treated poorly by their employers. I have moved my home and auto to McGriff progressive with very good results there.
