Anya Macias BEST agent in all of Florida. Although we share the same last name we didnt always share business. I had Geico for 20 plus years and never once had a rate decrease despite a perfect driving record. After switching with Luis to State Farm not only did my rate go down but it has gone down twice since, he was able to right a condo policy for my home that my prior carrier could not do, and even my flood rate went down which in South Florida is unheard of. They did the work promptly and sent me the estimates. After completion, they had to do it again. I had good experience I was able to Get it approved to get a state refund for the windows. In addition, they promptly gave me a check for the amount they owed me. Dating back to the time they were installed. I was very happy with the service and understanding.
