He answers email and phone calls promptly, and is always cheerful and professional. Progressive has been great as well, offering "credits" during COVID-19. Progressives website is great and can handle most routine issues. When the web-site doesnt work for me, Ken does! **11/24 update. Ken is no longer employed by the Walter Agency, and I tend to hold a grudge when people are treated poorly by their employers. I have moved my home and auto to McGriff progressive with very good results there.
