1 /5 Myra Mercedes Gamez: How about i call and This man with an accent hangs up on my face twice then puts the phone on do not disturb so i continue getting a voicemail because i asked to speak to an agent or someone in sales because i had a customer looking to buy insurance !!! I do not know what kind of place this is but just speaking to whoever it was he SAID his name was dan but who knows i can just imagine how they treat other customers if he just treated me like that ! Update I called later to complain about him... And a woman answered she said its only her and the OWNER there and his name is NOT DAN. so he owns that place and treats possible customers like that. Lies about his name to avoid possible embarrassment. I worked for sandy sansing and was trying to get insurance for my customers and they were looking for car and house insurance unfortunately these people are crooks probably not even licensed seeking individuals who have little to know options to bury them in Dept and lies. Do not give your business to this place for your own sake people in car city complain about them all the time and they sure will be going out of business soon with the way they do things.

1 /5 Angela Brown Tyson: WARNING WARNING!!!!! Rude and unpleasant call locating a Agent that CLAIMED he worked at this location. Person answering the phone kept hanging up on me when I tried to explain the situation, she wouldnt respond and remained silent on the phone and kept hanging up until I called back and the ANDREW answered the phone and presented himself as someone else. Could hardly hear the person from the start of the call she was whispering not sure what SCAM WE GOTTEN OURSELVES INTO, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO CONTINUE TO HANG UP AND WOULDNT GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE!!!!!

1 /5 Ebonee Watson: I was yelled and screamed at by the agents that work at this location. The male agent ran up on me throwing papers at me while screaming and belittling myself. He even refused to print paperwork for me due to a technically on their insurance companies behalf. I work in guest relations and know no matter the situation you are to remain professional with your customers... I dont understand but being a lady of ethnic background is what I am seeing was the problem. Because how dare I a woman of color be upset because my lincense is suspended and Ive never had a lapse in coverage. I will never visit this location ever again any needs or concern will be addressed out of office online. The people here definitely abuse the power they have and its not fair to me a consumer that follows the rules and dont get into trouble. I am a law abiding citizen and definitely didnt deserve the treatment received by both agents at this location. I know that some people are just rude and mean without any regards to the people and this is definitely what happened to me at this location today. Do better with your guest response take some classes and learn that you will have all types of customers but mutual respect is what keeps a business running in smooth operation not the service I received today. You never know what people are going through and kindness goes a long way!

5 /5 philip shelby: Well Mitchell is my agent of a Dairyland Insurance by company that I started out with Dairyland maybe 30 years ago what mission was actually my third agent so I really cant say anything good or bad about Mitchell but you know he is helpful he understands he listens to you and I know quite sure hell do everything possible to help you
