I was totally satisfied with the quote and Tiffanys promptness and being so informative about the questions I had with all aspects of my policy and the insurance company! And the Sales agent "Alex" was very attentive and pleasurable to chat with. He seemed knowledgeable about the product, and most affable during our exchanges. It was more of an interactive discussion on line item coverage as opposed to non flexible company driven ones. Brian was very professional, thorough and prompt with several different options and quotes.
