My last interaction with Kim Smith at my local office was again awesome and deserving of a positive review. The few claims I have made over the years were also easy to navigate with the help of the agents in my local office. Good job State Farm team!

All work n No excuses After several years of never needing to review coverages, in 2024 its more important more now than ever that Id do so. Ive had the same insurance company for 10 years (Olympus and never had a claim) and my premiums almost doubled. I called Steve nearly at the end of business on a Monday and by Friday I had a new carrier. Process was very streamlined and he returned any calls or emails as well. Give them a look for home or auto needs, doesnt hurt to take a second look.
