Keith Cardin I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount.
