At Horizon Insurance, Sally Daley provided insight, knowledge, and exceptional customer service towards helping my wife and I obtain insurance on our first home in SWFL. Sally was patient, prompt and never showcased any dismay or irritation even when I asked for multiple insurance policies and explaining what different coverage dwellings meant. I found Connie to be extremely knowledgable and she educated me in a professional & pleasant manner. She was very responsive (even on days when she wasnt supposed to be working!), listened to my needs and did her best to find me a homeowners policy that would work for me. After we got that policy written, I immediately moved my auto & personal umbrella policy to Horizon.
