Ted Treesh Brightway has been fantastic to deal with. Bethany Killman and Mike Beeson are always quick to respond to any requests and questions I have. I’ve had personal policies with Brightway for over 5 years and never a complaint. Would highly recommend. I hate insurance but it’s great to have Brightway to help keep the policies as reasonable as possible.

He was patient at times when it took me while to get back to him but also quick and responsive when I finally did get back to him with the information... in my book that is Stellar performance! Especially when choosing the right insurance provider. I highly recommend for anyone looking.

Jim Louque I recently reviewed an email copy of my auto insurance policy that is scheduled for renewal later this month. Everything was clearly presented and easy to understand. There was one major change. My granddaughter needed to be removed from the policy. I sent a return message to take her off. I received a quick response with the information needed to remove her. After I provided the information I quickly received the revised policy details. The whole process from review to finalization went very well, easier and faster than I expected. I can’t count the times she has had to deal with my frazzled stressed out husband at the DMV but she always stays so positive calm and collected.
