If you have a high rate, hes going to find a better policy to help you lower it (or at least tell you that you have something good)! I first started working with Robin last year when we ended up in a bind with our home insurance company leaving the state. Robin was swift to find us a policy and made sure we had the right coverage (which we did not prior). A year later, Im still a happy customer - and now have moved on to car insurance. With my policy creeping up in pricing, I reached out to Robin to see if there was anything better out there. Guess what...there was, and I knew the answer within the same day of asking! Dylan They do their best to guide you. If you dont succeed, its because you didnt do your part, or you pulled out too early. If they say do 25, do 50 always. If you dont know what this means, you will, and once you get it, youll do just fine. Wouldve kept working here if I hadnt caught a virus that almost killed me. (Also not their fault)
