Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge.
