1 /5 Jennifer Shiver: Absolutely worst customer service! I am on policy and had my son give them permission to handle issue. They kept saying he might need to stay on phone in case they needed more, even though he was on lunch break. They randomly added his minor sister to his policy, said they would non renew his policy unless he did an exclusion, and said he would not get any refund from the date the person was added. This person does not have same address nor drive his vehicle, even has their own insurance, but yet they said they deemed it a person to be added. I asked to speak to a supervisor and do a survey, at which time the person in underwriting hung up.
