I had been with my previous car insurance company for 11 years but vehicle changes caused my rates to go way up so I decided to shop around and someone gave me Brianas card. Im glad they did! She made the whole process super smooth and her awesome personality shines through her exceptional customer service. And most importantly, she was able to get me a way better rate than my previous company did!

Rob Childs Dealing with Ashley at State Farm has been amazing. With my busy schedule she has been amazing. I have been able to accomplish successful policies on 5 vehicles and multiple homes all through text and email. I think weve had to have 1 phone call. The rest has been fast response time through text and email. I have seen cheaper options but the service Ashley provides and having the ability to speak to a person asap without AI or being transferred only to get lost has been huge. Ashley has been a life saver and the reason we stay with State Farm.
