1 /5 ONecqua Brin: I’ve had a terrible experience with Progressive. After my car was stolen, they handled my claim with zero urgency and poor communication. I was promised consistent updates from a supervisor, but that never happened. I had to escalate and “make a fuss” just to get any progress on my claim.
Now I’m going into my second month without a vehicle, and to make matters worse, I found out they changed my policy without my permission. Dealing with this company has added nothing but stress to an already traumatic situation. They completely failed me when I needed support the most.
Avoid them if you want reliable service when it actually matters.
