Rates more than tripled after purchasing a car. LIARS-PERIOD-End of story-We have no idea when rates will drop your next renewal rate lost in the sauce!

1 /5 Brian Nedeau: We were on vacation when we called in to make a payment,we usually pay in full but the computer system wouldn’t allow it so we paid the amount it asked which was for a one month, they canceled us the next day because it wasn’t paid in full, this makes no sense at all, we paid the minimum due! Meanwhile we’re on vacation and drove over 8000 miles without insurance and didn’t even know it. So we had it these idiots and we got a quote from a local insurance company, they are slightly hire but at least I can communicate with a real person rather than a stupid computer system, never again progressive!

5 /5 William Smith: The claims lady I dealt with was super professional and helpful. She picked up the slack where the claims adjusters I was working with fell flat. I was in and out with my check within 15 minutes or less. I wish the claims reps were as good as her, I would have had it sooner.

5 /5 KC: Progressive handled my moms auto claim when a driver ran a red light and hit her. her car was totaled, she was fine thank God. the Progressive claim agent, Eric, was so patient and helpful. the claim was settled with lightning speed and there were no issues or problems getting a rental car and final settlement. highly recommend Progressive.

1 /5 Matthew Thompson: This company is full of liars. Was told qualified for large accident forgiveness called 10 separate times..Purchased new car insurance rates more than DOUBLED. Shame on you Progressive you are a SCAM! They do no care about you. Go anywhere else. Buyer beware!
